3D Array Camera Inspection Machine

Edac cooperates with German Miiri to develop an area array optical system suitable for on-line inspection of glass flatness/profile/defective appearance; REFLECTCONTROL has a field of view of 160*130mm, using REFLECTCONTROL to detect a single product with CT as short as 0.15s, and the detection accuracy is up to nanoscale.
